BANG PR's Lee Ling Ling is Singapore's Outstanding Young PR Professional 2008
Singapore, 17 March 2008 – BANG Public Relations’ Associate Consultant Lee Ling Ling was awarded Outstanding Young PR Professional of the Year at the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore’s PRISM Awards 2008.
Graced by President SR Nathan last Friday evening (14 March), the PRISM (Public Relations In the Service of Mankind) Awards recognises organisations and individuals for excellence in public relations and communications, and outstanding contributions and achievements to raise the level of PR professionalism in Singapore.
“I'm honoured to have been selected to receive this award. I would like to thank Bang PR’s managing director, clients, media and colleagues. This award is a reflection of the talented people I work with,” says Lee.
“Ling Ling is dedicated and has a determination to succeed. A civil engineer by training, she wanted very much to build a career in public relations and found the opportunity to work towards her dream in Bang PR. I know I speak for all of BANG when I say we are proud of her. BANG PR believes in giving back to our industry, by nurturing the talents of promising young professionals,” says Managing Director of BANG PR Koh Juat Muay.
Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) in 2006. Within the first 18 months of her PR career, Lee has built a successful record of servicing prominent clients including Hallmark Channel, KidsCo and ComfortKeepers. She has also been a vital member of BANG’s client account teams for AMK Hub, Sanyo Energy, Panasonic, Media Development Authority, Urban Spirit and Uzumaki.
